Jewelry Care

Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted & delicate, & requires special care to maintain its proper condition. To ensure that your Christina Jervey Jewelry is kept looking its best, avoid using any chemicals to clean. Use a damp cotton or microfiber cloth to gently wipe down your jewelry, & use a clean towel to dry.

Ordering & Shipping

We will do our best to ship all in stock items within 3 business days of the order date, excluding weekends & holidays. Any delays will be communicated through email.  Please email for status on backorders. All orders are sent via Fed Ex. A tracking number & confirmation email will be emailed once the order is shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy


Returns are expected within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. Please email for a return authorization number.  Original shipping & handling fees are non-refundable, & the customer is responsible for paying shipping fees.  Not applicable for custom designs.

We only accept returns for purchases from our online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer & are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy.
