Christina specializes in custom made jewelry and one of a kind pieces. Every piece of jewelry Christina creates is personal- inspired by her everyday world and natural settings, then handcrafted in her studio. We love working one on one with clients to bring their vision to life.

- Estimated budget for the project.
- Example of pieces that you have seen as inspiration on Christina’s site + social and/or other jewelers that inspire you.
- Stone preference
- Pictures and measurements
- Deadline for completion
Step 1: Discovery Phase
- Based on your emailed information, Christina will begin the process with an initial consultation. She will spend time discussing your jewelry needs, your budget, your time frame, and see if Christina’s aesthetic will suit your project.
- You also can set up an appointment to visit Christina’s studio in Charleston, SC.
- There is a $2,500 minimum on all custom projects
Step 2: Design Phase
- After the consultation, Christina will collaborate with you on your custom proposal.
- The proposal will include imagery, samples and/or personalized sketches.
- Please note that proposals can take up to 2 weeks to complete.
- If you agree with the proposal and terms, you will pay 50% deposit and ½ shipping and taxes.
- All pricing included in proposals are valid for 3 weeks.
Step 3: Creation Phase:
- During the creation phase, Christina will begin to create a mockup of your piece by carving it into wax molds that then will be casted in metal.
- Photos of the wax molds will be emailed for review and for final approval by the client.
- Once the project has been sent to casting, any requested changes to the design are subject to an additional charge. The additional charge will vary depending on the scope of the work.
- Typically custom projects take 8-10 weeks to complete.
Step 4: Delivery Phase
- When your custom project is ready, we will email you pictures along with the final balance of the project. Payment is due upon completion.
- Once the final payment is received, the item will be shipped out or can be picked up locally in the studio.
- All custom orders will be shipped via FedEx with tracking information.
PLEASE NOTE: All custom orders are final and non-refundable. We strive our best to ensure throughout the custom process that we are creating a piece you will love. Custom orders are specially created for you, therefore, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Christina Jervey Jewelry is not responsible for any materials shipped to the studio. If the customer’s stone is cracked or damaged, Christina will work to minimize further damage, and the customer will not hold Christina liable for any broken, cracked or damaged jewelry.
