Order process
We will do our best to ship all in-stock items within 3 business days of the order date, excluding weekends and holidays. Any delays will be communicated via email. Please email for the status of back orders or made-to-order items.
Shipping
- All orders are shipped via FedEx.
- A tracking number and confirmation email will be sent once the order has been shipped.
- For international orders, shipping rates and delivery times vary. Please contact us for details.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for store credit only. Please email for more information or to start a return. Original shipping & handling fees are non-refundable. Not applicable for custom or made-to-order items.
Please note: we only accept returns for purchases from our online store. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer and are subject to the retailer's individual store policy.
Gift cards are non refundable.

Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted and delicate and requires special care to maintain its proper condition. Here are a few simple guidelines to help protect and preserve your CJJ pieces:
Wear with Care
Remove your jewelry when doing household chores, working out, gardening, or applying lotions or perfumes.
Avoid wearing your piece in pools or hot tubs as chemicals can damage certain gemstones.
Storage
Store your jewelry in a soft pouch or lined box when not in use to prevent scratching or tangling.
Keep pieces separate to avoid metal-on-metal contact.
Cleaning
Most fine jewelry can be cleaned with warm water, mild soap, and a soft toothbrush.
Avoid ultrasonic cleaners
Always dry thoroughly with a lint-free cloth
Professional Maintenance
We recommend having your piece professionally cleaned and inspected once a year to check for loose stones or wear over time
